70% Dark Chocolate (preference)

50g Unsalted Butter, softened

50g Lyle’s Golden Syrup

75g Breakfast Cereal
Directions
In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate, butter and Lyle's Golden Syrup over simmering water. Stir until smooth.
Remove from the heat and gently stir in the cereal until fully incorporated.
In a 12-hole muffin tin, scoop the mixture into cupcake cases. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the chocolate has set. Enjoy!
