40g Porridge Oats

1 tbsp Tate & Lyle Light Soft Brown Sugar

½ tsp Baking Powder

1 Large Egg, at room temperature

3 tbsp Milk

½ Medium Banana, plus extra for topping

8 Raspberries, plus extra for topping

Large Spoonful of Plain yoghurt
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin.
- Combine all the ingredients, except for the yoghurt and additional fruit, in a blender and blend until the oats are slightly broken down.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden and set.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
- To serve, top with plain yoghurt, sliced banana, and fresh raspberries.
Recipe Note
Tips
If you don't have a blender, mash the banana and raspberries in a bowl, then mix in the other ingredients. The texture will be a bit chunkier but equally delicious.
