Whitworths Jam Sugar is expertly crafted to give your fruits the perfect boost they need for setting, helping you to create perfect jams, jellies, and preserves. The larger sugar crystals dissolve slowly in the pan, allowing for more controlled setting. Our jam sugar contains pectin that some fruits naturally lack, such as strawberries! It helps preserve your fruits' natural colour and flavour, so you can enjoy the freshest, most delicious jams possible.

The Perfect Set Point:
Place a little of the jam onto a cold saucer and allow to cool. Push a finger gently through the jam and if the surface wrinkles the setting point has been reached.
