Make a flexible sugar paste allowing you to create shapes, coat or conserve a cake with Whitworths Fondant Icing. It differs from regular icing sugar, as it contains dried glucose syrup which gives its unique texture. Just add some water to the mixture to create a smooth, glossy and soft paste.
